Yesterday was my first visit. The whole staff was wonderful. I was walked through in detail, every step that was being taken. Lots of questions asked of me so they could fully understand my issue. I was always given opportunities to ask questions. After some talking and pictures, I met with the Dr, his main assistant, and someone from the office that works on all the insurance, billing, and finance options. I wish I could remember their names. Dr talked tome about my issue. He walked me through what he saw from all my pictures and X-rays. Discussed with me what he felt was my best option. I loved his plan. So he wrote it up, and then the woman from the office broke everything down for me in steps, what was covered and what wasn’t, and what would be due at each. I’ve never had a dental visit like this. It was wonderful. Thank you so much to everyone at Advanced Dental of Berlin for making things so calming and informative. Can’t wait to come back for the next steps!

1/22/25 update: I am still so happy with Advanced Dental and Dr Maroon and all the employees. I’m in the process of having an implant put in and I’m so happy with the whole process. I actually moved out of state and am now 7hrs away and I am still driving back to CT to go to Advanced Dental. They answer every question with fully explained answers so you always know exactly what is going to happen next and they make sure you are comfortable all the way. Best dental experience I’ve had in many many years. Give them a try! I promise you won’t be disappointed.
